Life has so much to offer—but are you actually experiencing it?
If you're honest with yourself, does life feel like you're on a hamster wheel?
Operating on autopilot through a fog of low-level misery?
Maybe you wear your chaos like a badge of honor,
but beneath the surface, it's exhausting and overwhelming.
Whether you're barely holding it together
or you're tired of surface-level solutions
and ready for something deeper,
you're in the right place.
About Christina Diesen
As a Stress and Trauma Therapist & Growth Specialist,
Christina Diesen is a lifelong learner who has built a thriving practice as a trauma therapist, working with people from all walks of life.
She now specializes in supporting adults over 30—especially those working through adverse life experiences and ready to intentionally create a life worth living.
Over the years, her work has evolved beyond traditional therapy.
She recognizes opportunities for growth that many overlook:
for people who need more than surface-level understanding,
those not quite ready for therapy,
or those who want to keep growing after therapy ends.
Here's the truth: There's not one right way to heal...
And healing alone is only half the journey. Why stop there?
Why not continue growing, developing, and living into your full human potential?
What Makes Us Different
Chris brings something many clinicians don't:
lived experience that she's learned to use as an asset.
Her personal journey through multiple rounds of burnout, breakdown
and breakthrough has increased her humility and relatability.
She's been in the fog, asleep at the wheel of life. She's walked through the fire and processed the pains of a life where being miserable was the norm.
She knows what it takes to continue to live despite the obstacles of stress related concerns, chronic health issues, and relationship and workplace challenges.
Beyond lived experience, Christina has acquired a vast collection of trainings, tools, and techniques over years of dedicated practice—and now she shares them generously. This isn't textbook therapy. This is real-world, well-established wisdom from someone who understands both the science and the struggle as well as the opportunities for solutions to live well, despite your circumstances.
Discover Your Mental Muscles
Think of it this way: We have muscles in our minds that we've never worked—often because we didn't even know they existed. Once you discover these mental muscles and learn how you learn, your options become endless. You can move from surviving to thriving.
No matter where you are on the stress spectrum,
low level misery, chaos or trauma,
there's something you can do about it.
My Story: From Breakdown to Breakthrough
Around age 40, I experienced a physical breakdown—and if I'm being honest, a mental one too. (Though truthfully, every organ in our body is connected, so there's really no difference.)
While my body wasn't cooperating and the medical community had no clear answers for my symptoms, I knew I had to make changes. The path wasn't straight or clear, and if I'd known what I would have to go through, I probably wouldn't have started. But looking back now, I wouldn't change a thing.
What once felt problematic, wrong, and broken about my life and myself, I now see as a necessary part of my journey—a tough but invaluable teacher to live with more purpose, intention, and meaning.
That experience taught me something crucial: We're often stronger and more capable than we realize. And sometimes our greatest struggles become our most valuable teachers.
